As discussed in our meeting we should move this (and the existing mysql case) into their own subsections rather than adding as an additional step to the existing one.
Something like
sect1 mysql Pods Fail to Start
sect2 existing that's caused by datainitialization problems or incomplete transactions
sect2 this one about the file ownership
short description of what the issues is
the steps to check
