Text-Normalizer deactivate? Other Languages

I trained another Language, all works great.
I used my own text-normalizer, cause all the digits turned out weird.
Now I just realized, that there is a language setting inside F5 and this seems to use a normalizer for eng or zho.
Can I turn this off??
or even give it another language?

f5 does not have explicit normalizer for digits (and also punctuations, all raw), the way to read is learned by the model itself

if you wish explicit control, just convert e.g. for English "6" -> “six"

I would have thought, that If I trained it with for example italian and also with digits in the training material, that it would have learned, that e.g. for English "6" -> “six" like it does, in the main model.
