re-appearing letter when trying to delete server name on login page under iOS

Describe the bug

if i try to change the server name (deleting all letters in the server name field) then the first letter (in this case the 'm' from matrix.org) keeps re-appearing.

Reproduction

1. Go to https://app.sable.moe
2. Try to change the server name
3. (delete the whole server name using backspace one letter at a time)

Expected behavior

having an empty input field
