Don't render URL previews for URLs in Code (inline/blocks)

Describe the bug

When a URL is in a code tag (either inline or a code block), we still render a URL preview.

Reproduction

• Use either ` or ``` code tags, with a link inside the tag
• See that a URL preview is generated

Expected behavior

URL preview should not be generated.
