Size detection is inconsistent between the `Page Zoom` application setting and browser zoom

Describe the bug

I have a portrait mode monitor my chat workspace lives on (1080x1920). When i use browser zoom to achieve 80% size, I am looking at the default desktop app view. When i use “Page Zoom” in sable settings to achieve 80% size, it triggers the mobile app view.

Reproduction

1. have Sable open in a window with width 1080-ish
2. observe mobile app view
3. change “Page Zoom” in Sable settings to 80%
4. observe mobile app view
5. reset “Page Zoom” to 100%, and use your browser zoom to scale to 80% (e.g. press ctrl+- twice)
6. observe desktop app view

Expected behavior

I would like to have the default app view in both cases. Or even better yet, let me decide.

Platform and versions

1. OS: Linux (Fedora 43)
2. Browser: Chromium 146 and Electron app
3. Sable version: 1.14.0
4. Matrix homeserver: definitely not relevant :)
