The “Add Server” button under “Explore Community” does not actually, you know, add the server to the list

Describe the bug

When you click “Add Server” you get to explore an arbitrary server’s public rooms, but the server is not added to the list.

Reproduction

1. go to “Explore Community” in the sidebar
2. click “Add Server”
3. enter a server
4. observe the server not being added to the list

Expected behavior

The server should be added to the list on the left. Alternatively, the button should not be labelled “Add Server”.

1. OS: Linux (Fedora 43)
2. Browser: Chromium 146 and Electron App
3. Sable version: v1.14.0

Additional context

There is also no way to remove existing servers from the list, but that might or might not be specific to the default ones.
