Uploading Banner doesnt refetch Banner and requires a Cache clearing to show

Describe the bug

The Cache doesnt get updated when setting a Banner, which results in it not appearing until the Cache is cleared

Reproduction

1. Open the Account settings
2. Upload a Banner (i had no Banner before)
3. Exit the settings and click on your own profile to see the Banner
4. The Banner isnt there
5. Reopen the Account settings
6. Banner isnt there either
7. Go to About section of settings
8. Clear Cache
9. Banner appears everywhere like it should

Expected behavior

When setting a Banner, Sable should be smart enough to refresh the Cache with the new Banner one way or another.

Friend of mine said that the same thing happened for them when setting a Profile Picture
