Currently, when n a user moves their storage card to a new device, the application does not detect that the push registration Id will need to change. Which means the user will have no warning that none of their recipients have this new registration id.

A better way is to request the push registration id when installing a new version. Thanks @JW-Vinay for the suggestion!
