Initial binary release (OS X only currently), contains both downscaling and upscaling functionality.

Compiled with Xcode 5.1.1. Tested with OS X 10.9, 10.10 on Core2Duo, Xeon, i7. This is a command-line program.

Just unzip (Retile_OSX_v1-0.zip) and run Retile from a terminal.

(Note: if you start moving the files around, you must keep libpng15.framework located at the path "../Frameworks/libpng15.framework" relative to the executable, as it is in the zip file.)
