Hysteria2 has released its latest version, v2.8.2, which addresses security vulnerabilities. Sing-box should likewise be reviewed and updated to ensure continued compatibility with Hysteria2.

The "security vulnerability" is only related to the QUIC sniffer of Hysteria CLI and is not related to the Hysteria 2 protocol. What's worse, Hysteria 2.8.2 introduced a breaking change that breaks the UDP interoperability. Following ttat breaking change will cause the failure of UDP forwardind when connecting to a server before 2.8.2.

Please forgive my lack of familiarity with Go. Could you check the v2.8.2 release notes to see if this feature exists in sing-box? If it does not, please close this issue.
