Configuration

Config lives at ~/.overkill/config.toml (or %LOCALAPPDATA%\overkill\config.toml on Windows).

Provider env vars (OPENAI_API_KEY, ANTHROPIC_API_KEY, etc.) are auto-detected and substituted into ${...} placeholders.
