CC Switch CLI v5.8.2

Small patch release for Codex compatibility and release polish.

• Fixed Codex reasoning cache across tool-call turns.
• Fixed relative model_catalog_json paths and archived sessions.
• Added the RunAPI preset and tightened benchmark-gated releases.

Install on macOS/Linux:
