Launch anaconda 

Navigate to the app directory

Run the following commands:

pip install -r requirements.txt

python manage.py makemigrations

python manage.py migrate

python populate.py (optional)

python manage.py runserver

From Edge, navigate to one of:

http://localhost:8000

http://127.0.0.1:8000
