Evaluation criteria - Workflows / Process builders

Heavily coded orgs can benefit from this I think, could do as part of the object information tab to flag which workflows or process builders on the object have the below evaluation criteria as this can seriously add to the level of execution that happens on record updates.
Similar to what you have on the users tab that flags the key permissions in a column, there could be one for the list of workflows and process builders and a column next to it flagging the evaluation criteria.

red flag for :

• record is created, and every time it's edited
• created

green flag for :
when created, and any time it's edited to subsequently meet criteria

Hello @VinceFINET , this is already a part of Lightning Flow Scanner engine. I think this would be covered if we can achieve #602
