Add another PCR platform and test kit to the API

One of our Trusts is now using the AmpliDiag system from Mobidiag https://mobidiag.com/products/amplidiag/ as far as I can work out we need test_platform = AMPLIDIAG and test_kit = AMPLIDIAG, targets are already covered by the API.

The naming scheme for test_platform tries to include the manufacturer and a model name where possible; can you confirm they are using the "Amplidiag Easy"?

I'll enquire, they've simply told me it was AmpliDiag, however the Easy looks to be the only model they actually describe from their literature other than generic talk of a "solution". The test kit is described as "Amplidiag® COVID-19".

That seems to be my impression, I'll add them now on the assumption they aren't talking about the Novodiag platform (which seems to be the only other thing on here).

Yeah the Novodiag looks to use a cartridge type system which is different to the Ampli line too.
