GitHub Codespaces Integration:

This pull request adds support for GitHub Codespaces to the project. With this integration, developers can easily set up a development environment in the cloud using Codespaces.

Changes Made:

• Added a devcontainer.json file with the necessary configuration for Codespaces.
• Updated the README file to include instructions for using Codespaces.
• Ensured that the project's dependencies are automatically installed in a Codespace using the requirements.txt file.
