Make the volume elements closer together

Expected behavior of the wanted feature

I think it would be nice to adjust margins so volume slider is more connected to volume toggle.

Something like move volumebar 8 pixels to the left. Example:

Line 2094 start_x = start_x + 20
Line 2123 (auto_hide_volbar and 68 or 0)

Note:
I'll revert part of fd4caab otherwise tooltip will overlap.
