refactor: change en locale name to default and add phrases

Changes:

• Change English locale name to default
  • Add en locale branch to modernz-locale.json
  • This is so that if someone wants to customize the English locale, can do so easily without having to edit modernz.lua
• Add volume, fullscreen and fullscreen_exit phrases and their translations
• Use newly added locales in tooltips
