fix: use osc_styles.cache for cache info in modern-compact layout

Changes:

• Use osc_styles.cache for cache info in modern-compact layout instead of osc_styles.time
• Use mp.commandv() for show-text, to be consistent
• Use function() for cache info tooltip, to re-check on data change, for consistency
• Use hide_osc() instead of osc_visible(false) in registered event osc-hide
  • We used osc_visibile() in the past to instantly hide before showing select menu, we don't use that anymore
  • The approach to use hide_osc() clears any thumbfast data properly
