It introduces GGMA, which provides high-level API for text generation. It uses ONERT internally (nnpkg, nnfw api, ...) to run kernels.

It is the initial working version. The API is not fixed. We may change the API after getting other's opinions. Maybe I will update more after translation taks is done.
