[Feature Request] Add Emulator Clock that can be customized to change games with Day and Night cycles

[Myfharad]

I work a night shift job where I only really ever have time to play during the night and I have been playing Pokemon Platinum, but because of the time I play its always night time and it make me a bit sad I can never see day-time in game.

I would appreciate it greatly and im sure many others would too!

This will be added in the next release!

0.8.0.rc3 adds an adjustable emulated clock under System, without changing Android’s clock. RetroAchievements Hardcore continues to use the real device time.
