TA Instructions

I am using a txt file for the word bank. Added logic for customizing separator character and changing word case, validation and page refresh with JavaScript/jQuery. Implemented Bootstrap -- elements will rearrange on smaller screens.

I couldn't get my validation to work in Safari. Please use Chrome or FireFox to evaluate.
