Update references to ~/.sasview directory #28
Description
SasView's handling of user files is changing in v6.1.0 to OS-preferred locations. Any reference to the ~/.sasview folder should be updated to include a link to the documentation on where user files are going from that version forward. Keeping a reference to the folder, to ensure documentation on previous versions is retained, makes sense.
