16.8.7 - Enable editing of MoCA, additional Wifi settings

This re-enables editing of the MoCA settings, and shows some previously hidden wifi settings such as enabling/disabling the radio and also allows setting to any channel (which was previously limited to 1,6 or 11).

It does not show the multiple SSID options, as I haven't figured out how the public/private SSIDs were meant to work.

Note: I have tested this on exactly one WCB3000N, which previously had firmware 0.16.8.6 on it. I have no idea if it would work on other versions of this device (Retail, Comcast, NCS, Telus, Brighthouse, Verizon). Use at your own risk, if it breaks you get to keep both pieces, etc.

It was compiled with a stock Ubuntu 12.04 LTS 32-bit virtual machine
