[Bug + Feature Request] Multistructure lists are sometimes not sorted #23

I'm not sure why this is, but some multistructure dropdowns are sorted, and some are not, and it would be nice if this could be fixed.

[ Feature Request ]
Allow each multistructure variant to be named when saving it with the multistructure wand, and have a displayed index of the order it was saved in, and the name next to it.
This would help us label special things about each variant to know which one is which, instead of having to write down what each index of the multistructure list is.
Alternatively, the field can be left blank for just the number to show.

It'd be very useful if we could also have a method to grab a multistructure index from the file with a string (being the name), as well as the addition of getting the count of a multistructure (either publicizing the methods for tag retrieval, or a new function for specifically getting the count) that I mentioned on discord.
