* Added license and updated descriptions * added documentation and fixed a little issue in the read_sparse_matrix function * Fixed function documentation and added new split_clusters_to_list function. Added some default parameters also. * Added changes for description and removed comments in examples * Adding badges * Packaging up clustur * Shared file optimization (#35) * Added const functions, and looking to optimize the triple loop inside of the sharedfilebuilder class now. * Unstable push, but we added new information * Optimized the Shared file functionality. Optimized shared file functionality, which in turn, optimized the cluster function!
