Authors on a paper's landing page should be links

On a landing page for a paper such as this:

http://cs-dev.cmu.edu/publication/5834868725ff05a97b0147c2

the links to the authors should be clickable (only for the authors who have an SCS directory entry).

I expect there's a problem because the source data only has first-initial plus last-name author name as text fields. Nevertheless my 2c suggestion is that it's going to correct 99.5% of the time if we match to the directory using only that info.
