Allow arbitrary approximation order #16
Description
At the moment approximation order is hardcoded to 2, this needs to be generalized to higher orders for the following:
- Cartesian Finite Difference.
- Spherical Finite Difference.
- Nonlinear Cartesian Laplacian.
- Nonlinear Spherical Laplacian.
