Observed variables fail with world age error when eval_expression = true #4069

Describe the bug 🐞

Accessing a variable that was removed during the tearing process and thus defined via an observed function fails with a 'method too new' error when eval_expression=true in the ODEProblem. The runtime evaluation of these functions makes them inaccessible to the current world age, breaking post-simulation analysis for all non-state variables.
