CI Status Note

@ChrisRackauckas The Buildkite CI failed, but looking at PR #147 which was merged successfully, the same Buildkite failure occurred there as well. The key GitHub Actions tests (Tests across different Julia versions and operating systems) passed on that PR.

This PR is a simple version bump from 0.4.34 to 0.5.0 with no code changes, so the tests should pass just as they did on master.

Once merged, you can register the new version with:

@JuliaRegistrator register
