CI Health Check - Automated Testing

This is an automated CI health check to detect any breakage in the continuous integration pipeline.

What this PR does:

  • Makes a trivial whitespace change to README.md
  • Triggers CI to verify all tests pass on the current main branch

Process:

  1. This PR will wait ~2 hours for CI to complete
  2. If CI passes: PR will be closed and branch deleted
  3. If CI fails: An issue will be opened with detailed diagnostics and root cause analysis

Timeline:

  • Created: $(date)
  • Expected CI completion: ~2 hours from creation

CI health check complete. CI is currently broken due to documentation build failure.

Issue created: #14

Summary: The build fails because markdown/Jumps/EGFR_Benchmark.md defines an unused footnote [^2] on line 108. Documenter v1.16.1 now enforces that all defined footnotes must be referenced in the document.

Closing this test PR and cleaning up the branch.
