Where is np.where() function ?

[Nucs]

np.where exists:

np.where(np.array(new[]{true,false,true}), np.array(new[]{1,2,3}), np.array(new[]{10,20,30}));   // [1 20 3]

The condition-only form returns the indices, like NumPy. Thanks, closing.
