- related to Use implicit conversions to simplify element access #154
- add implicit cast
- multi dimensional arrays (no matter which dimensions!) can be casted to NDArray and vice versa
- string of form "[1,2,3;4,5,6]" can be cast to NDArray (double is chosen automaticly)
