Rebase from main, behind by two commits
…xample docker-compose.yml. Adjusted project structure to be more readible.
…ding CA certs from alpine, adjusted stop channel to intercept SIGTERM for docker stop shutdown, removed all cron reminents from main.go
…. Added /restart back, locked to admin user now. Moved some functions around for readability. Removed ghost commands /start and /stop from commands.go. Because /restart is now locked to admin users removed notifyAdmin() calls.
