Tunic Entrance Rando - Beta 1

First release, figure it should be easy to access now.

• There's still a potential for logic issues -- if you find one, report it and provide a log, please.
• Enable Entrance Rando by going to Options at the title screen and, under Logic Options, enable Portal Rando.
• The Dath Stone is currently given to you when you start the game. Eventually, this will be a different item and the Dath Stone will get its functionality back.
• First Steps hint (miraculously) works properly, but also good luck finding it!
• Check the readme for some entrance rando-specific logic things.
