• Find some other reliable download source?
• Use multiple URLs / mirrors?

If you want to resolve the issue quickly, don't count on the new features in Scoop-Core. How about using cdn06.foxitsoftware.com? This manifest has used that CDN before. 4c9e56a

I have 1/1gbps fiber. With aria2 download took about 15 minutes.

Geolocation probably matter? Even though URL says CDN.

So cdn06 might be faster for me, but maybe slower for others.

I found the following information from https://www.netify.ai/resources/domains/foxitsoftware.com:

Happens today. I thought, it's stuck, so I restarted, but it's actually just painfully slow. Now, I need to update everything, but this one, manually to avoid waiting for this one, until the other packages are updated.

multiple times and still same issue. Foxit is the first one to update and it takes forever.
