Is your feature request related to a problem?
I can't currently tell if the system is still thinking, if my internet has dropped, or if something has crashed.
Describe the solution you'd like
Claude-code in vscode has a really nice "thinking" display, where you get more verbose content showing what's going on behind the scenes. It also replaced the blinking curser with a list of cute action statements that give the impression (i know this is false) that the system is doing something more than just processing quietly in the background.
