Summary

This PR improves the security and performance of the table hash calculation used in Merkle root generation for synchronization.

Changes

  1. DoS Prevention: Implemented a hard limit of 10,000 rows for table hash calculation. This prevents malicious actors from triggering resource exhaustion attacks by bloating synced tables.
  2. Deterministic Hashing: Enforced strict JSON separators () during row serialization to ensure cross-platform hash consistency regardless of local Python environment settings.
  3. Robustness: Improved the efficiency of the hashing process.
