Summary

This PR fixes a bug in the conflict resolution logic of the synchronization manager.

Changes

  1. Schema Alignment: Corrected the column name from to in the method for the table. The previous code was referencing a non-existent column, which would cause conflict resolution to be skipped and potentially result in older attestation data overwriting newer data.
  2. Reliability: Ensures that 'Latest-Write-Wins' (LWW) semantics are correctly applied based on the actual schema timestamps.
