Summary

This PR improves the reliability of the integrated server's startup process.

Changes

  1. Database Presence Validation: Added explicit checks to verify if the SQLite database exists at before attempting to initialize tables. This provides clearer error messaging to operators.
  2. Auto-Directory Creation: Implemented automatic parent directory creation for the database path if it's missing, preventing crashes due to errors during initial deployment.
  3. Log Visibility: Enhanced the startup splash screen with version and initialization status metadata.
