I think this needs revision before it can be accepted as a bounty submission.
The PR body claims Hybrid Haiku bounty #2844, but that bounty issue is currently closed (closed_at: 2026-05-04T14:54:50Z). I verified that with:
gh api repos/Scottcjn/rustchain-bounties/issues/2844 --jq '{state,closed_at,title}'\n```\n\nThe submission also does not satisfy the concrete hardware line in the #2844 rubric. The file currently says:\n\n```text\nhardware: Apple M-series Mac (Hermes Agent node)\n```\n\nBut the bounty rubric requires `hardware:` to name either a concrete model plus clock speed, or an architecture plus year. “Apple M-series Mac” is an archetype-level description, not a concrete hardware identifier under that rule.\n\nPlease either confirm maintainer acceptance for a closed bounty and update the PR accordingly, or revise the submission to point at an active bounty path and provide a concrete hardware line such as a specific M-series model/year.
