Engine UI Persistency

Overview

In order to make the workflow with MC Engine easier and cleaner, MC Engine's UI windows should stay persistent between leaving and joining worlds and servers.

Previously Open Engine Windows Reopen On World Join

When rejoining a world, all windows you had open before should reopen at their previous position and size.
