Python server using only standard library.
To run: server.py [host port]
Syntax:
GET key         - gets value of the 'key' from the storage.
PUT key value   - puts key 'key' with value 'value' into the storage.
SET SLEEP time  - sets the sleep time for the server.

Note: PUT allows template ${key}
