Introduce Postgres ts vectors

Hello,

I really enjoy postgres' ts_vector and ts_query funcs to do full text search on small to medium scale applications without having to introduce something like elastic search in the stack. I wasn't able to find anything about this in the issues / discussions / documentation sections. Is this something that is being planned?
