The majority of this PR seems redundant with the remove GUI PR. Are we planning on merging the no GUI PR first before this one? I'm confused about the redundancy.

Describe your changes in brief
This adds support for building with fuse2 and fuse3 for Linux. Please review the GUI PR before this one, as this is based on that PR, to avoid duplicating some work fixing the goreleaser file.
