uses a value and a bool to toggle on and off instead of a filter. Also updated Selections to allow copying the current Batch values and Restoring the batch values. I also had to remove filter from Selections so the Selections API updates the values by itself.
so loading is working now. also removed maplistenabled from the saved settings because i don't think everyone wants to have a different map list for each item. heh. also added batchcompactenabled and batchflattenenabled.
