Description
This will be usefull, once the Home-Assistant Raspberry Pi is added to the Homelab setup, as a means to wake up the server remotely. This will cut back utilities costs, as the Raspberry Pi will draw much less power than the server, when running 24/7.
In addition to adding WOL, also check on how a server can be shut down remotely (inverse of WOL). This might be more tricky, but necessary in order to save the utilities costs (it would be possible to SSH into the server every time it is no longer needed, but that is cumbersome on a Laptop and difficult on a phone).
