Add OpenCode provider support

Summary

• Add OpenCode as a supported runtime/provider across the web app and worker
• Wire provider detection, model listing, and model selection UI for OpenCode
• Normalize OpenCode CLI events and environment handling in the worker
• Update docs and add tests for registry, event parsing, and runtime behavior

Testing

• Added and updated unit tests for runtime registry, CLI event handling, JSON event normalization, and OpenCode runtime behavior
• Validated the new provider setup and model selector flows at a code level
• Not run (not requested)
