Translate the live vol signals into plain-English trade framing: trade_reading() combines the IV-RV premium (rich vs cheap), the realized- vol rank, the 25-delta skew sign and the term-structure shape into a markdown read on Vol Diagnostics; skew_reading() adds a one-line skew note under the IV Surface smile.
