I'm working on a virtual envirnment pnetlab and i have a distributed architecture with managersearch node in the headquarter with ip address 10.10.10.2 and a forward node in the remote site with ip address 20.20.20.2 connected through vpn
and i have windows server which is connected to same vmnet as forward node and i want to install on it an ELASTIC AGENT in the user of the windows server but i have this error


we configured the acl on the firewalls to allow traffic from the two nodes via the port 8220 and 5055

Have you checked the ports from the server to the manager via nc or tcpump?

The error shows it cannot connect to the manager on 8220.
